Pastor Steve Nanney

Pastor Steve Nanney has been the lead Pastor at Faith Community Church since 2020. Born and raised in North Carolina, he has served churches for over 30 years in North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia and Indiana. His wife Stacie serves right alongside him; encouraging, praying for and ministering to our church family.

They have 6 children (4 out of the home and 2 in the home) and 5 grandchildren (ALL girls!). Their passion is Jesus, the Word of God, loving on people and connecting them to Jesus!!

If you pay attention to Pastor Steve's messages, you will hear many food, movie and southern references - including Waffle House! However, above his awesome sense of humor, he is a Pastor who is not afraid of truth. He teaches it and lives it.

Both Pastor Steve and Stacie model a life of sacrifice, love and prayer; as they make time to guide, encourage, pray for and nurture their family at Faith Community Church. Their hands are in everything from the prayer team and worship to bible studies and outreach - always making themselves available as much as possible and never letting anyone feel like a burden. Yet, somehow, they find time to sit back and enjoy the sight of their church family in fellowship and prayer.

There is no doubt that they walk a walk of true Agape love.
